Oversee all functions related to the administration of the housing choice voucher program, which includes but is not limited to waiting list selections, all voucher funding, inspections, and quality assurance relating to all areas of the Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) requirements• Supervise several HCV Specialists by assigning and reviewing work, providing training, addressing employee problems, establishing objectives, and conducting monthly staff meetings• Provide day to day support to staff to ensure tasks completed by the employees are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with Federal Statutes, Regulations, and DCHA Policies.• Manage systems such as Public and Indian Housing Information Center (PIC) and all related programs within the PIC system; Manage the integrity of the data within Yardi software.• Maintain accurate records of all tenant/landlord households by reviewing and executing new leases, housing assistance payment contracts, and tenant accounts receivable, and handling delinquent accounts
