My goals are to positively influence the achievement of my company\'s vision and mission through my passion for water, becoming a trusted advisor, and inspiring others. My inner-drive, that \'mojo\' that makes me excited to drive to work every morning, is my desire to enhance SSR\'s name by leading with personal integrity, being responsive to clients and colleagues (passion), and giving back to the community.I am an engineer and problem solver to my core. I have and continue to serve a variety of roles including project engineer, project manager, business developer, strategic initiatives, and proposal writing; this variety has honed my skills at conflict resolution, navigating multiple deadlines, risk mitigation, and finding silver linings. I have an eye for details and a healthy dose of OCD, and I strive to never produce anything less than my personal best. Throughout my life, I\'ve had a drive to pay-forward the lessons I\'ve learned in life. They drive my passion for mentoring and ensuring individuals are the best versions of themselves. I have learned that I can spread my enthusiasm to others. I have found that I can provide a breath of fresh air to my colleague or a new perspective on a situation. Sometimes simply understanding someone\'s personality can provide a perspective and new understanding of their expectations.My proudest career moment was being recognized by Nashville\'s Business Journal as Nashville\'s 40 Under 40 Class in 2019. On a personal note, I am an active board member for Book\'em and avid hiker. In 2016, in celebration of the National Park\'s 100th anniversary, I decided to raise awareness and help celebrate by hiking 100 miles in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. “Water does not resist.
