I offer a unique brain retraining program that targets the stress response for high achievers. I developed this program through my research as a neuro-psychologist and am currently delivering it through the industry of executive coaching and leadership development training. I’ve named the program as the result it brings, which is “stabilized flow.” Most people have heard of flow state, which is a temporary burst of a game time mentality, which I believe only adds to the ups and downs of adrenaline rushes leaders already face. I teach a learned pathway in the brain that rewires the limbic system, offering the experience of a \'flow trait\'- an experience of effortless ease, not just temporarily, but constantly. I work 1:1 with CEOs and offer team trainings and workshops for internal corporate teams.
