I am an international development professional with expertise in Cambodia, combining 5+ years of progressively responsible work and volunteer experience in grassroots development including public health, education, human rights, and people with disabilities.I am passionate about humanitarian assistance, human rights, and anti-trafficking and have spent five years abroad working and volunteering in developing countries. During assignments with organizations in Cambodia, India, and the USA, my specialties have included: victim advocacy, criminal justice response, domestic violence research, policy analysis, grants implementation, community outreach, training of the trainers (ToT), and partnerships management.Locally and Internationally, I have liaised multilaterally with stakeholders, ministry officials, donors, and partners on grant-funded projects of up to As an experienced project manager, I have designed, budgeted, monitored and evaluated, and reported for over 20 public health and WASH projects funded by: WHO, USAID, Let Girls Learn (a U.S. government education initiative launched by President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama),and numerous other international and foreign NGOs.I have successfully mediated conflict between North Korean and South Korean visitors, forged 7 new partnerships, and launched the organization’s first online fundraising campaign during a time when funding streams were unstable. The campaign successfully raised over in the first two weeks of launching and made it on the platform’s leadership board.I have a Master’s in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS University of London, and a Bachelor’s in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance with a minor in Family Violence Prevention from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.
