There is never a time when programs can\'t be run even more smoothly.I really enjoy leading teams to manage large multi-million dollar programs and projects for clients in industries such as technology, military, defense and more.With over 13 years of experience, I first grew my skillset as a licensed attorney, focusing on contracts and contract management for clients. From there, at 28 years old, I was promoted to a Senior Program Manager within 1 year, and I also was asked to lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A) for a 100+ employee,$200M NAVSEA division. I now manage client relationships and lead a team of 10 engineers for 3+ high-priority programs and do budgeting for $5M-$15M of spend.Many people see Program Management and Project Management as traditional, old-school departments, but I am proud to have worked directly in a consultative, modern and strategic manner with VPs and senior management to consult on a variety of special and critical projects.As a quick fun note, I love performing and have had the honor of singing the National Anthem at games for the Los Angeles Lakers, New York Islanders, Long Island Ducks and more.
