Provide customer service in a professional manner which consistently meets or exceeds client defined expectations to support client acquisition and retention\\\\n• Generate Vendor and Client purchase approval documentation according to client’s specifications (i.e. IO’s, Purchase Approvals, Contract Confirmations, etc.) to ensure on time delivery of advertisement/goods\\\\n• Perform all Agency of Record functions according to the terms of individual client contracts.\\\\n• Verify and obtain advertising specifications for scheduling/ordering purposes\\\\n• Implement schedule/order revisions as communicated by clients/planners\\\\n• Ensure the generation/issuance of client service fee estimates for service to Account VP and clients on a semi-annual basis\\\\n• Print and Distribute media schedules/reports (Budget Tracker, Actualization Reports, etc.)once a month or on an as needed basis to assigned contacts at client and agency\\\\n• Provide cross training opportunities for employees on all levels for continued growth\\\\n• Led ongoing training seminars for team, covering industry best practices\\\\n• Mailing, Faxing, Emailing of Client Orders (i.e. Insertion Orders) to appropriate supplier partners\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
