ABOUT LINDSAY ALDERMAN

Twenty years\' experience in organizational thought leadership & people management, specializing in driving IT transformation. I\'ve managed a Network & Security Operations Center, lead Global ITSM operations and a Data center team of global engineers committed to operational excellence. I\'ve helped launch new products and services, built and moved Data Centers facilities, survived and thrived during mergers and acquisitions while integrating the tools we use in our everyday roles, keeping Governance, Risk and Compliance along with the client experience top of mind. I empower teams by bringing my authentic self to work every day and encourage you to do the same. Together, we win.Relationships are the foundation to everything we do. The People in People, Process and Technology come first. I\'m thankful to my Indigenous ancestors for their sacrifice and for the women trailblazers who came before me. I believe it\'s my civic duty and my calling to help continue to empower and support the next generation of technologists and community leaders. I want little girls who look like me, to know that ANYTHING is possible. This is the WHY in why I do what I do. This is my life’s purpose. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with family, friends, and walking my dogs staying active in my community, and practicing yoga. In 2013 I was recognized by the Business Record publication as one of Des Moines Top Forty under 40. This award recognizes 40 local business leaders under the age of 40 whom have demonstrated career achievements & community involvement.
