About Lindsay Miller
Previously, I worked closely with individuals facing mental health challenges, helping them overcome barriers and move toward independence. Every day is different, and sometimes I’m problem-solving on the spot, shifting schedules, and making tough calls that aren’t always easy but are necessary. This experience has sharpened my ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and think critically under pressure.Currently, I’ve developed a strong interest in recruitment and talent coordination. Whether it’s supporting onboarding, helping with training, or streamlining team communications, I enjoy connecting people to opportunities and making the hiring process smooth and welcoming. I’m excited about the possibility of combining my passion for helping others with my organizational and interpersonal skills in a recruitment coordinator role.Ultimately, I’m driven by the chance to help people become their best selves—even through life’s hardest moments—and I look forward to new opportunities where I can grow, contribute, and make a positive impact.
