1. VP Sales & Brand Strategy

   LookFar Labs is a software services company. 1.) Sales Process and Sales Enablement: Lead the sales team to increase growth YoY and hit monthly sales goals. Managed an outsourced inside sales team for a year and initiated a solution selling approach. Expanded upon Pipedrive implementation by adding an integrated chatbot to our website and utilizing a prospecting tool to produce targeted outbound leads. Added Canva and Sales Navigator to our suite of sales tools. Run weekly pipeline review meetings. 2.) Brand Strategy: Directed the redesign of lookfar.com and launched a microsite for LookFar Labs. Redefined core service offerings and executed a brand refresh. Launched two independent social accounts for LookFar Labs (LinkedIn & Facebook). Wrote all copy for new website and currently write all social posts. Managing an outsourced digital marketing team for Google Ads, Targeted Display Ads, blog content, and SEO. 3.) Executive Management: Work alongside management counterparts to implement new internal processes and methodologies across departments and conduct strategic planning.
