   As a Talent and Culture Manager at an upscale resort, I oversee a wide range of HR functions that directly support both guest satisfaction and team performance. From onboarding, background checks, benefit administration, and orientation training to recruitment and employee engagement, I ensure seamless operations and a positive workplace culture. I’ve led the international J1 intern/USA Interns/Externs program, including housing coordination, and played a key role in building a 900-person team across 12 food and beverage outlets, two luxury hotels, 2 golf courses, a spa, retail outlets, and more.I actively network within the Tri-County area and travel to colleges to recruit and mentor emerging talent, strengthening our pipeline and presence in the community. Collaborating with department heads, I’ve developed strategic initiatives around recruitment, training, and succession planning—creating a culture where individuals feel empowered and valued. By identifying high-potential employees and aligning them with growth opportunities, we’re nurturing future leaders and laying the groundwork for sustained excellence.
