About Lindsay Zarczynski

Making break through, unique and strategically sound creative work is table stakes. Things that set me apart or that I have passion for go beyond producing excellent work:I invest greatly in where I work. I don’t mean money; I mean me. I really dig in and learn how we profit as an agency, what our growth goals are and what creative ambitions we have yet to realize. Then ask myself, how can I help get us there? What specials skills or connections or collaborations can I initiate that will get us there? I care deeply about those around me and truly believe that I succeed when they succeed. I thrive off of leading, mentoring and pushing creatives to make the best work of their careers. I’m organized, think logistically and am PM minded. That left and right brain balance keeps me moving forward. It’s a skill I find rare in creatives and have come to embrace and love in myself. When I go to an agency, I not only drink the kool-aid, I get in the kitchen and work to make the best damn kool-aid you could have. I push and challenge and contribute to the agency to make it the best place for us all to work.Let\'s collaborate and build something great together.
