Lindsay is a partner with PwC\'s New York Investment Management tax practice. She works on a number of large alternative investment clients with various strategies, including direct investment hedge funds, private equity funds, and fund of funds. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day project management and advising on tax reporting and investment issues.Lindsay has experience advising clients in connection with structuring investment vehicles, financial products tax accounting, U.S. tax and information reporting, and improving the efficiency of the tax function. Lindsay is a Certified Public Accountant with licenses in New York and Washington. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA). She holds a BBA in Accounting (cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Washington.
