   As a Learning and Development Team Leader in HCM, I have driven results through intentional development of the members on my team. I was responsible for the leadership of 3 Learning Partners who each partnered with 3-4 sub-departments within our organization. Together, we built the HCM Training program from the ground up, managing an average of 5-10 projects at a time. We shifted the mindset surrounding \"Normal\" learning solutions and introduced a variety of strategies that contributed to an increased level of engagement during the new hire’s first 90 days. Additionally, since taking over the team, two of my team members have been promoted into new roles within our group.
