At Red Nucleus I\'m responsible for planning, organizing, writing, and editing a variety of digital medical projects, including AR and VR patient experience simulations. I plan content for multiple audiences with unique needs and expectations: patients, eLearners, physicians, MSLs, and business stakeholders.A few of my tasks include:Interviewing KOLs and patients to gain insights and perspectives for integration into final products like VR narratives or symptom simulations. Improving organization, flow, and tone of content through in-depth editing and re-writing process with emphasis on audience viewpoint and educational needs. Strong emphasis on plain language editing and health literacy. Predicting and resolving unique content challenges of individual projects that will impact copy, including system functionality limitations, screen size limitations, and future localizations.Leading Masterclasses for internal teams on topics like writing for 3D/VR video and animations. Training 7-12 people yearly on editorial process, templates, and best practices. Creating editorial tools for internal teams to streamline editing and writing processes. Projects I\'ve worked on have won group awards like a 2018 Telly Award and a 2018 Digital Health Award, but I\'m most proud of my editorial involvement in a diversity-based mental health online game that encourages managers to understand and include those with mental health difficulties in the workforce.

At my work with Red Nucleus, this often means diving deep into disease and treatment research, as well as first-person patient experiences.
