Our talent, experience and resources are unparalleled in the power generation, ethanol, refinery and oil and gas industries.Responsible for utilizing knowledge and experience to locate and secure qualified professionals in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and various other industries for positions such as Quality Assurance/Control, I&C Technicians, I&E Technicians, CRO\'s, a wide variety of engineering professionals, etc. Other responsibilities include providing complete and accurate information in regards to available positions; negotiating pay rates; pre-screening and interviewing candidates to ensure capability; managing and scheduling any/all interviews and interaction between the candidate and the client; performing reference checks and analysis; fostering and maintaining a team environment and attitude with my fellow recruiters and the Sales team; excellent organizational skills; utilizing my knowledge, skills, and experience to assist fellow recruiters when needed; creating and maintaining professional relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates; problem solving; networking; and generating sales leads.
