Inspecting highways sewers and other infrastructure.Tendering remedial works. Managing the health and safety and risk assessments for remedialProjects. Managing F10s for reportable works. Arranging agreements and wayleaves. Designing drainage resolutions post build and following through installation and sign off. Managing incidental, historical and inherited land and play park maintenance. Aiding customer care with infrastructure queries and remedials. WIP control for closed sites. I’m also on the charity and community committee where we fundraise for TWM chosen charity (Francis house in 2024) I’m a member of the Adoption sub group committee which aims to make adoption of infrastructure a smoother and quicker process across Taylor Wimpey with support of the Head of Engineering striving for the gold standard.
