I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to promote healing & growth. I use professional skills to help individuals repair, nurture, and create connections with themselves, others, their community, and their environment. It is my hope that through this process of healing a sense of inner peace, confidence, and courage will emerge. I have experience working with individuals in the aftermath of disruptive life events including (but not limited to) divorce, medical trauma, separation from family & friends, death of a loved one, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I believe that every person is entitled to a meaningful and fulfilling life and look forward to working with you on your unique journey.
