About Lindsay Steets
One of my greatest strengths is my problem-solving abilities. Being able to resolve conflicts is not only extremely useful but can also benefit the people I am surrounded by. At the job I currently work at, I take on a great amount of responsibility over both business and employees. This responsibility has not only allowed me to use this skill but also to enhance my strength even more. Additionally, another strength I have is my communication skills. I am able to convey ideas clearly, listen actively, and collaborate effectively with others. This is a strength I use daily to aid in school and activities with my peers. In settings such as group work, I am able to lead and assist my group to success. In the future, I want to leverage my skills in business analytics, pursue opportunities to benefit my education and professional development, and understand the business world to a greater extent through education and experience. Ultimately, I hope for my continuation of success within my education and future experiences to guide me in the long-term future.
