About Lindsay Schumer

I bring passion and confidence to the table along with an eagerness to learn and generate new ideas in the areas of market research, project management and data analysis. My personal goal in life is to help others to learn, succeed and grow. I am looking to be apart of another great organization with the chance to utilize my skill set and learn while growing an organization. I will give 110% everyday to a company that is invested in its people and its customers and start each day with a passion for my career.I enjoy working closely with my team daily to process improve, problem solve and achieve results for stakeholders. My skills are very strong in personal communication, data analysis, Microsoft Suite, Power BI, project/process management, planning, organization and leadership. I have experience working with all levels of leadership within past organizations and excel at taking the lead on opportunities as they arise. Six Sigma certification has taught me the principle of lean manufacturing at Honeywell, and my time at Bank of America taught me about database and web development, team collaboration, and process management. Working with the State of Arizona has me re-building a team and developing processes based on legislative changes and State statutes. I am currently a program manager for cost improvement at Cirrus Aircraft and work cross-functionally around the company on projects, resourcing and reporting.
