As Epidemiology Activity Manager for MSF\'s CAMINO office, I manage operational research and provide technical support on other epidemiological activities across OCG\'s projects in Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala. My work primarily focuses on outbreak preparedness and response, sexual and reproductive health, and migration.(1) Lead development of mission-wide epidemiological surveillance system for diseases of outbreak potential, including- Regional and national surveillance - Project level clinic surveillance - Community-based dengue surveillance system - Vaccination surveys among people on the move (PoM)(2) Manage operational research studies, including- Feasibility, acceptability, and effectiveness of Wolbachia for dengue prevention - Indoor residual spraying and PPF discs in dengue outbreak response - Burden of STIs among key populations in San Pedro Sula and the feasibility and added benefit of implementing GeneXpert into clinic diagnostics - Feasibility and acceptability of cabotegravir long-acting (CAB-LA) PrEP among key populations in San Pedro Sula, HN
