About Lindsay S.
Experienced in all things talent management including: tech company talent acquisition at scale, performance management systems, scalable and efficient onboarding systems in global environments, compensation as well as building and leading high-performing teams. I\'ve been recruiting and hiring tech talent since 2013 and leading high performing teams (ICs, managers, skip levels and matrix management) since 2007. I\'ve worked in both global enterprise orgs as well as scrappy startups (including founding my own, successful boutique firm) and have a long history of developing next-level leaders. I enjoy solving \"unsolvable\" problems (the so-called BIPOC pipeline problem in tech, for example) by investigating and addressing root-causes. I am not one to tell people what they want to hear, but rather, help form a vision of what\'s possible and lean into the strategy that will achieve it.
