Full-time Bartender in an exclusive club atmosphere, providing food and beverage services to a community of 500+ members. Assists in executing the advancement of our Beverage Program in the wake of our large-scale Clubhouse and Beach House renovations. Other responsibilities have included initial organization and upkeep of product storage spaces, implementation of improved inventory recording tools and practices, costing, execution of offsite bars for club events, as well as assisting in preparations for the grand opening of our 2 new Beach House Bars featuring an elevated tiki cocktail experience. Additionally, I\'ve been given the responsibility of training our new bartenders, maintaining and promoting the standards of service amongst our 3 bars and bar staff, and to implement new SOPs and monthly inventory practices amongst multiple bars and the beverage cart team.Winner of the 2025 NE Florida ROSE Awards for service excellence in bartending after being nominated by The Plantation\'s Senior Leadership team for continuously showcasing a passion for upholding high-standards of quality service, leadership, and taking initiative to present and execute ideas to improve the day-to-day operations of our organization.
