Lindsay Martin, MS, RDN, LDN is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist (RDN, LDN) who was raised in Spotsylvania County in VA. She received her Bachelor\'s of Science in dietetics at Radford University and completed her dietetic internship and Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Marshall University. With 15 years of experience as a dietitian, ranging from clinical, long-term care and rehab to retail/ marketing, education and public speaking on prevention nutrition. Lindsay especially loves helping others feel comfortable in their own skin and navigating a healthy lifestyle that works best for each person. No matter what age or size the goal is to live your best life as healthy and sustainable as possible. When she isn’t trying new tasty, quick and easy cuisines, she\'s fully embracing the fast-paced mom life and keeping up with her daughters.
