I have 15+ years of experience in insurance claims industry. My background is assessing end-to-end claim processes to support process optimization, indemnity savings, and improved quality outcomes from a data driven point of view. I thoroughly enjoy diving into details and finding connections between and across metrics to paint a larger picture of trends. I have a deep love for creating data visualizations to compliment and simplify storytelling to unlock insights and drive action.Most of my experience has been concentrated within Group Benefits products, with additional experience within Auto, Travel, Product Warranty, Accident & Health, Property, General Liability and Workers Compensation.Outside of work I’m passionate about helping others— whether it be volunteering at grass roots community events, supporting small businesses, or serving meals to veterans.…And yes, I’m the spouse of that guy who dresses as the Mandalorian/Chewbacca bringing smiles to children and adults across CT/RI/MA to fundraise for our local children’s hospital.
