With over 15 years of diverse Project Management, Sales and Leadership experience, I am a now a Project Engineer at McGough, a leading construction company in the Midwest. I am passionate about delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs and expectations of our clients, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability. I have a master\'s degree in project management, which demonstrates my skills and knowledge in planning, executing, and overseeing complex projects in various sectors.In my current role, I work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion. I am responsible for preparing and reviewing project documents, such as contracts, schedules, budgets, specifications, and reports. I also communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. Some of the skills that I use daily in my role are networking, communication, and interpersonal skills, which help me build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners. I am also proficient in using Procore, a cloud-based construction management software, which I have obtained a certification for. I am proud of being part of a team that delivers innovative and impactful projects that enhance the communities we serve.
