I am currently the Site Training Manager at Pfizer, Sanford. I manage a diverse team of individuals that support the site\'s training needs. This role will encompass development and facilitation of adult learning, Pfizer Human Performance engagement, and oversight of the visual inspection program. In my past role, I supported Pfizer Supplier Quality as a Quality Manager and Interim Manager for 6+mo. My primary role was to manage the site supplier incident process, continuously improve processes, metrics reporting, and support quality agreements and risk management closure.Prior to this role, I supported New Products Quality as a Quality Manager. I was focused on new product launch and method transfer. I was a project manager for many site wide initiatives and continue to manage multiple projects at this time. Previously, I was a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in the new Gene Therapy division. I focused on curricula management, batch issuance and release, quality record review, method transfer, and equipment validation.I was previously employed by Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories as a Quality Assurance Analyst. My Client was a leader within the pharmaceutical industry. My primary duty as a Training Administrator included setting and capturing training for all site colleagues. I was a backup for Records Management as well as Batch Issuance.Previously I was employed by EGL Genetic Diagnostics (Emory University) as a Scientist II performing standard cytogenetics and molecular biology. I performed cell culture, microarray, microscopy, FISH, and array analysis. I was responsible for all QC within the lab and part of the Quality Management Team. I was also responsible for training new staff within the lab and the primary contact for incoming students from Kennesaw State. Prior to EGL, I was employed as the Assistant FISH Supervisor at PCG Molecular. The lab focused primarily on oral and women\'s health. My primary duties allowed me to interact with several vendors building and validating our new scanning system, review case work, and create and revise all documents within the department. Out of college I worked for LabCorp in classic cytogenetics. I specialized in oncology in both the lab and scope room. I also assisted in specimen management and case review prior to director approval.
