Unite with co-instructor to plan active and engaging team building activities for 20 first-year students- Facilitate meaningful lessons, conversations, and ice breakers to foster a positive and comfortable classroom environment throughout the fall semester in the top ranked first-year experience for college freshmen in the country- Mentor and coach first-year students in challenging situations by providing campus resources, one-on-one conversations, and intentional activities to ease the transition into college.
