Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Working with the Chairman to identify visions, goals, and priorities for the Family Services area of the Family Office • Strong leadership and management across a broad area of disciplines including Aviation, Yachts, Residential Operations and Private Staff, Security Team, Medical Support, Office Buildings, and specialized projects including home renovations, yacht building, office building renovation, aircraft design and delivery. • Manage day to day operations for all departments, direct and oversee staff. Hire, train, develop and motivate staff to provide excellent service to the Chairman and family. • Manage, oversee, and evaluate yearly budgets. Provide monthly reporting on all departmental budgets to Chairman.
