ABOUT LINDSAY HUNTER

In my current role at Well, I lead the Consultant Partnerships function, partnering with and advising large national and global corporations and their consultants on welfare benefits strategy. My role spans health equity, wellbeing, and community health initiatives, actuarial and financial implications of strategic decision-marking, workforce inclusion and diversity issues, and optimization of vendor partnerships and ecosystems. Within WTW, I led the Commercialization function and was a member of the North America Leadership Team for the Health & Benefits practice. In this role, I led internal and external webcasts, created and executed the go-to-market strategy, led the rollout of various health care solutions and intellectual capital, and drove national benchmarking strategy development and rollout in collaboration with our research and marketing teams. Additionally, I maintained my role as consultant throughout my tenure with WTW, leading large, multi-disciplinary consulting teams for jumbo employers, driving targeted outcomes and accountable for overall client team success. I have a proven track record in client delivery, new sales, team development, client relationship cultivation, and people management. My areas of specialty include development of multi-year benefits strategies, mergers and acquisitions, leadership and Board of Director presentations, benefits harmonization, employee experience, actuarial analyses, workforce wellbeing, compliance and creating inclusive and equitable Total Rewards offerings.
