About Lindsay Hundley
Lindsay is a trained social scientist with over 10 years of experience in leading data-driven projects to inform and improve policy, with a particular focus on foreign interference, disinformation, propaganda, and the spread of political ideologies both on and off social media. Her projects span multiple research methodologies, including experimental methods, machine learning to analyze text, statistical analysis, formal modeling, and qualitative, archival work. Lindsay has extensive experience working academic, public, and policy audiences. She has published in both premier academic and policy outlets, including the Journal of Politics, Lawfare, and Foreign Policy. Lindsay is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) at Stanford University and was previously a Predoctoral Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School. She received her PhD in political science from Stanford University, where she was awarded the Gerald J. Lieberman fellowship for outstanding accomplishments in research, leadership and teaching - one of Stanford University\'s highest distinctions for doctoral students.
