Graduate-level student with the end goal of working as a therapist. Master\'s of Marriage & Family Therapy (MMFT) candidate, B.A in Psychology.Working from a trauma-informed, systemic, and person-centered perspective in paid and unpaid roles. Skilled in compassionate listening, crisis de-escalation, and research in the social sciences as demonstrated through academic and vocational work.Passionate about making individual & relational therapy more accessible through examining access barriers. Recently completed qualitative research on barriers and facilitators that undergraduate students experience as they consider accessing counselling; this project is detailed further below.
