As the Chief if Staff, Strategy and operations lead for our Enterprise Product, Learning, AI fluency and Acquisitions, Collaborations & Divestitures team, i utilize senior judgement with relentless execution. I’m focused on delivering transformational strategies while ensuring operational scalability, financial efficiency, and cross-functional alignment. Notable achievements include leading the design and market launch of Pfizer’s first-ever digital health product, successfully integrating Resapp Health Ltd. post-acquisition, and transforming AI and analytics operations. I centralized these services, optimizing governance and resource management while enhancing portfolio prioritization. Additionally, I introduced a new commercial model, bringing revenue-generating digital health products and AI capabilities to market. Previously, as Senior Director of Continuous Improvement, SQA, Finance & Operations, I led continuous improvement strategies at Pfizer’s Customer & Commercial Creation Center (C4), managing a $200M operational budget and overseeing capital projects. I negotiated a multi-tier vendor rebate model, delivering $40m in savings, and established a Software Quality Assurance function to enhance resource allocation. I also led the divestiture of Pfizer’s Upjohn division to Mylan, and played a key role in the creation of Pfizer’s Greek Digital Learning Academy, which won the Brandon Hall Excellence Award. In my role as Director of Digital Solutions & Emerging Technologies (DSET), Communications, Strategy & Finance Operations, I developed the operational and technology strategy for Pfizer’s Commercial Business Technology division. Managing a $150M financial portfolio, I delivered cost savings of 40% and improved global vendor agreements. My efforts increased business adoption of digital products and services across Pfizer.
