Responsibility for overseeing Mitie’s QHSE performance within our operations throughout Scotland, Scottish isles and Ireland. • Accident/ Incident Management including investigation of accidents / incidents on sites across Scotland, Ireland and the north of England. Interviewing injured persons, Site managers any witnesses and collating information and presenting findings to company director. • Undertake internal audits both in offices and sites of the business systems.• Carry out Regular site QHSE audits working closely with the site Managers / Supervisors. • Assist with any Regulatory investigations – HSE. • Create and assess any COSHH Assessments required with in the business. • Delivery inhouse ROSPA approved QHSE Training to a variety of specialised trades personal and different levels of management. • Liaise and work closely with operational and commercial teams with regards to site safety • Attend various meetings at all levels within the business and external with clients and other key stakeholders.• Assist with the EL/PL claims management by carrying out detailed investigations and submitting findings to the relevant bodies.
