Past National AHT Chair (Association of Hairdressers and Therapists) and a senior member of AHT executive team.Currently I have responsibility as the Northeast Hair and Beauty Competition Director and Northeast Regional Chair and NCG Centre of Excellence Quality Lead.My past remit was Lead Practitioner in Employability and Skills, Tutorial Management & TLA Lead. Taught hairdressing level 1 to 3 and Media Makeup.I have been in education and training for 23 years and have worked in prison education and FE establishments. Whilst in the Teaching and Learning team (TLA) I co-ordinated CPD workshops to meet the needs of all staff, one to one coaching and classroom observations- development of the SOL and managing the PDBA provision.Past academic Governor Currently working at Newcastle College as Teaching Learning and Assessment Coach and Centre of Excellence Group Quality Lead for NCG.
