The Director of Account Services is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the account management team, and our administrative/operations team. This position is responsible for leading the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, enable cross selling, and enhance client relations and strategic development across all lines of business. Serve as the primary point of contact within the department for our annual product implementations and define and determine how best we can support continued success within our own clients, as well as new clients. Provide support in reviewing/editing federal and state contractual changes, and any service agreements with outside vendors. Provide leadership by coaching our team in how to continue to provide exceptional service to all clients and key stakeholders (internal and external). Provide oversight on client transitions and support the implementation process for new and renewing business.
