My primary responsibility is to govern our brand and oversee the creative process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard.My day to day responsibilities include working closely with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, develop creative strategies and concepts, and guide my team to execute those ideas. I lead brainstorming sessions, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to ensure they are motivated, engaged, and continuously improving their craft.I\'m responsible for managing the creative direction for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are all aligned with the client\'s goals and objectives. Additionally, I manage relationships with external vendors and partners, such as photographers, printers, and videographers. Through my experience in building creative teams, I have come to appreciate the value of hiring talented individuals who possess diverse perspectives and skill sets. As a leader, I strive to foster an environment where each team member is empowered to contribute their unique strengths and ideas, ultimately resulting in a cohesive and high-performing team with a healthy work life balance.Achievement Stats:• My team of 8 completed over creative request projects in 2022• Spearheaded the development of a new, streamlined project management workflow for the marketing team, which received enthusiastic approval. Played a pivotal role in the rollout, providing expert advice to ensure its smooth and effective integration into the team\'s daily operations.• Currently working with my team to build, integrate, and launch the Alight Design System.
