Fostering a creative community on behalf of the City of Wichita by leading the Division of Arts and Cultural Services. This includes the managing the operations of CityArts, Old Cowtown Museum, Mid-America All Indian Museum, Botanica, the Wichita Gardens, and the City\'s vibrant and expansive public art collection. Additionally serves as the City\'s contract manager for the Arts Council, Century II Performing Arts Center, the Wichita Art Museum, Kansas Aviation Museum, Museum of World Treasures, the Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum, Visit Wichita, and Wichita Festivals, Inc.Serves as staff lead to the Design Council, Cultural Funding Committee, Tourism Business Impact District Advisory Board, and provides staff support to the Wichita Arts Council.Serves as a Governor Appointee to the Kansas Arts Commission and Kansas Arts Network to ensure all Kansans have access to enriching arts and cultural opportunities.
