Lindsay is an influential and innovative commercial real estate professional with 17 years of industry experience and a proven track record in Asset Management. She is known for her expertise in tenant relations, financial management, operations, and project execution, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments driven by ingenuity.In October 2024, Lindsay joined LODEN Development as Property Manager, fulfilling a long-standing professional vision to be part of a team known for its industry foresight and impact. “Working for LODEN is a milestone in my professional and personal journey!” Lindsay shares. “I love being in ‘it’—I’m fueled by the community and energized by watching our endeavors take shape.” Her passion for real estate, combined with her extensive experience, enables her to enhance tenant experiences, streamline operations, and drive strategic growth across the portfolio.Before joining LODEN, Lindsay held leadership roles at some of the top companies in commercial real estate, including CBRE and Alexandria Real Estate Equities. As Account Director for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, she oversaw operations for 200 radiology offices across the United States. Prior to that, as Senior Director of Asset Management at Alexandria Real Estate Equities in Research Triangle Park, NC, she managed 2.3 million square feet of lab and office space within the Life Sciences and Agtech sector.Recognized as a self-directed, motivated, and highly organized leader, Lindsay thrives in managing complex building systems, navigating legal and compliance matters, and delivering exceptional customer service.
