ABOUT LINDSAY BALLENGEE
I’m a clinician and early-career implementation scientist who is passionate about improving healthcare delivery by bridging the gap between research and real-world practice. My work centers on designing and evaluating strategies that promote evidence-based care—especially in complex health systems and for conditions like low back pain where overuse and underuse often coexist. At the heart of my approach is a commitment to partnership. I believe the most meaningful and lasting improvements happen when researchers, clinicians, patients, and community partners work together. Whether I’m analyzing EHR data, conducting interviews, or co-developing implementation strategies, I aim to center the voices of those most affected by care delivery challenges.I’m especially excited about opportunities to collaborate across disciplines and sectors to drive health system change. I bring skills in mixed methods research, research partner engagement, and implementation frameworks, and I’m always looking to learn from others who share a commitment to making healthcare more effective, equitable, and responsive.Specialties: Implementation Science, Partner Engagement, Quality Improvement, Quantitative and Qualitative Data Analysis, Project Management
