Senior HR Business Partner | Building Stronger Teams, Smarter Strategies, and Healthier Cultures I’m a seasoned and pragmatic Senior HR Business Partner who’s passionate about aligning people strategies with business goals. I thrive on building workplaces where employees feel engaged, supported, and motivated to do their best work—because when people thrive, business does too. What I bring to the table: Employee Relations – I take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to performance, conflict, and engagement. I have deep experience supporting both Canadian and U.S-based employees and leaders, with a strong understanding of the nuances in employment practices across both countries. I work hard to build trust across teams and ensure leaders are equipped to lead with clarity, fairness, and empathy. Strategic HR Partnership – I partner with senior leadership to align HR programs with broader business priorities. Whether we’re navigating growth, transformation, or team restructuring, I bring a level-headed, forward-thinking lens to help the business stay focused and resilient. Data-Informed Decisions – I use people data to guide conversations, uncover opportunities, and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Metrics matter—but so does context, and I aim to provide both. Change Management – I’ve led teams through org redesigns, RTO transitions, and leadership changes. I focus on communication, transparency, and supporting both leaders and employees through the uncertainty that comes with change. Benefits & Wellness – My background in benefits strategy helps me shape programs that support employees in and outside of work—from disability programs to health benefits—ensuring we’re competitive and people feel truly cared for. How I work: I believe HR should be approachable, human, and a little bit bold. I care deeply about employee experience, but I also understand the importance of clear expectations and accountability. At the end of the day, I want people to feel heard, supported, and proud of where they work.
