ABOUT LINDSAY B.
Trying hard to do things a little differently, striving to make a change with empathy, compassion, a sense of humour and always learning.I have recently opened my own therapy private practice Enowi Psychotherapy as a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist in Advance Training. I am offering therapy to adults and couples with a plan to develop specialist group therapy - something that\'s not widely available in Cornwall, but offers a unique and transformative therapeutic experience. I have specialist interests in life transitions like adolescence, matrescence (becoming a mother), marriage, divorce and menopause. I\'ve also have interests in generational issues and tensions.I am also currently a practising Functional Family Therapist which mean I\'m working to try and help young people and their families find ways of navigating their present and future more harmoniously, whilst learning from their pasts.I\'ve worked on and coordinated ground breaking, national award winning, youth mental health programmes in the Third Sector.I\'m a fully JNC qualified Youth Worker with a Masters in Youth and Community Work, as well as a BA Hons degree in Sociology with a strong background in demographics, especially in representation of deprivation and interpretation of statistical population data.I\'m adaptable, tenacious, creative and have exceptional listening and communication skills, which I believe in using to lift up and magnify the voices of others.I\'m always interested in exciting new opportunities, collaborations, ideas, making connections and taking the next steps in a professional or voluntary capacity, please do get in touch.
