About Lindsae Badgerow
I am a recruiting, people operations, and talent development professional with over twelve years of experience in the legal industry, including roles within AmLaw 100 firms and professional legal recruiting organizations. My work centers on building high-impact talent programs, strengthening organizational capability, and driving strategic talent and development initiatives across the attorney lifecycle. In my current role, I lead all lateral attorney hiring and retention strategies across Varnum’s offices and oversee the firm’s attorney professional development function. This includes designing and implementing development frameworks, facilitating performance and feedback processes, and partnering with leadership to align talent needs with firm strategy. I also lead all aspects of the firm’s law student recruiting efforts and direct the summer associate program, ensuring a seamless and engaging early-career development experience. Outside of my day job, I am pursuing my Executive MBA at the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with a focus on leadership, organizational strategy, and human capital management. Before transitioning into talent and development roles, I began my career as a litigation paralegal, giving me firsthand insight into attorney workflows and the demands of legal practice.
