About Jason Lindo

I serve as Associate Dean of Global Learning and Global Director of Student Life at Minerva University, where I provide senior leadership for global education strategy, student engagement, and multi-site operations across six international locations. In close partnership with academic and administrative leadership, I help shape institutional vision, policy, and programming that support immersive, globally integrated learning experiences.A scholar-practitioner with a doctorate in international education, my work centers on global citizenship education, identity development, and culturally responsive approaches to international learning. Having lived, worked, and studied internationally, I am deeply committed to designing ethical, equitable global education models that expand access, foster belonging, and connect learning to local and global contexts.I lead with a relationship-centered, values-driven approach, emphasizing empathy, accountability, and collaboration. I believe students thrive when institutions create environments that are both supportive and challenging, and I am motivated by building systems that help students—and the communities they engage with—flourish.

My role on our Title IX Investigative Board provides me the opportunity to help resolve Title IX concerns within the institution. As part of this role, I act as the adjudicating chair on the Title IX hearing panel to determine findings of responsibility. My time sitting on the Title IX Board has provided me the opportunity and experience to understand the deep complexity, sensitivity, and pain within each and every case.
