About Lindo C.

Most unique and satisfying attribute of my 19 plus years of experience, is developing fellow beings by sharing knowledge, providing perspectives, and sometimes by sheer (deep) questioning. I believe that people and quality of service accentuates a brand, and my role is to help them learn, develop and connect with their true potential. I have led various portfolios in the Talent Development space for Lee Hecht Harrison (Adecco) and HSBC, in the field of learning, quality, and operations. In the current role at Wells Fargo as a Learning Manager, I co-create and design learning programs to provide overall operational guidance for business and lead the Learning Charter for the assigned units. I design and deliver non-ILT learning interventions such as mentoring, executive coaching, e-learning, and knowledge sharing sessions or forums. I get energized to see the change in individuals, teams and in the organization as a result of learning. In line with my belief that learning is a lifelong process, I went back to school after 11 years with corporate, to pursue my PG in HR from IIM Kozhikode and later completed my OD Practitioner certification with ISABS. I am a practicing Transactional Analyst, pursuing my Transactional Analyst certification with ITAA and ACC certification with ICF. Learning space has never been so exciting and I am intrigued by trends like co-creating learning outcomes, open space technology and appreciative enquiry techniques. I am kicked about creating a learning ecosystem for the Neuro diverse learners and follow social learning approach. It was a great experience working out all levels of Kirkpatrick effectiveness, holding engagement and efficiency on balance and calculate return of effectiveness on learning investments. DE & I and environment conservation are the causes I care about, and I love opportunities to contribute in them. As a certified trainer and practitioner of yoga and meditation for the last 7 years, I define well-being in a holistic manner - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. When I am not at work, I usually find my solace at abstract painting, sketching, gardening or Hindustani classical music. My entire life revolves around learning, and I find that there is something to learn from nature, every experience and person I meet.
