Matt is currently a part time Boeing Long Haul Airline Pilot. As well as flying, Matt is a change management consultant, human performance factors expert and keynote speaker. Ex U.K Royal Air Force VIP Training Captain: responsible for transporting Her Majesty The Queen, Members of the British Royal Family, the Prime Minister, and Cabinet Ministers World Wide. Matt was one of the first openly gay pilots in the RAF. He is available as a Diversity Keynote Speaker - recounting his very positive experience of culture change, resilience, leadership and acceptance within the Armed Forces Civil Aviation Authority and RAF Qualified Flying Instructor. Over the last 10 years, Matt has specialised in delivering foundation Human Factors courses to the UK National Health Service (NHS) and other healthcare companies. Currently Matt is Head of Human Performance Factors at Verpora, focusing on change management in the pharmaceuticals sector.
