Currently working to support Indiana school districts as they start and grow farm to school initiatives in their schools. I am striving to help kids see that our food system is circular and initiate the discussion on how we can be a part of an environmentally and socially sustainable system. I believe we need to empower the children in our community to think about our food system from soil to product to by product, work to create more nutritious food, and eliminate waste at as many points in the food system as possible.
