   Serve on executive leadership team to help CWC do the most good possible in our community; that includes development of the vision and direction of the church and staff, and enacting that vision through supervision of staff, volunteers, and communication-Supervising staff and volunteers in children’s, youth, college, young adult, pastoral care, and worship ministries-Leading “Gathering\" team, composed of cross-disciplinary staff members who work together on spiritual formation in our church-Supervised messaging and mass communication for a $2.1 million capital campaign for a new youth and community facility (campaign ended Sep. 2023)-Identify and write proposals for grants that help us innovate in new ways of caring for the community and congregation-Developing and enacting a “lay seminary” called “Tabl•Ed,” offering facilitated space for laypeople to engage chances for laity to be equipped in opportunities for all generational ministries of the church -Collaborating in building and executing “shepherding cohorts,” in which over 120 laity were shaped, deployed, and offered support as shepherds in their workplaces/neighborhoods-Overseeing small group, Sunday school, and 1-1 discipleship programming-Regular preaching-Regular participation in funerals and pastoral care ministry-Revising policies and procedures that ensure the safety and well-being of our congregation, staff, and volunteers.(Notable: revised abuse and mistreatment policy enacted September 2022)
