My job responsibility is to monitor and evaluate treatment plans and ensure that it is helping my client make progress. New approaches and skills are implemented daily to help client. I have gained significant experience working with Medicaid population, and low-income individuals. As a health specialist I have been able to worth with numerous of clients with Medicaid and Medicare in the Cleveland community and help clients utilize resources for financial support. There have been multiple clients that I have assisted with new housing to help live in better living conditions. I have had the opportunity to change lives with my experience and different approaches implemented to fulfill the needs of my clients.
