ABOUT LINDEN PRIDE

Linden Pride is the owner of award-winning Dante NYC and Figure of 8 Trading Inc. Previously, AvroKO Hospitality Group\'s Director, as well an award-winning beverage director and the former operations manager of some of Australia’s top drinking and dining destinations. Pride has worked across Europe, Asia and Australia during a sixteen-year career in the hospitality industry and received numerous accolades, including \"Australian Bartender\" and “Australian Bar Manager of the Year”. After holding positions in some of London’s most influential bars and restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Hakkasan, Pride returned to his native Sydney to join the Rockpool Group in 2008, where he worked with acclaimed chef and restaurateur Neil Perry on the concept and operations development of Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney, Spice Temple Sydney, Spice Temple Melbourne, The Waiting Room, and Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth. Pride is also recognised as a leading figure in training and beverage industry development within the South East Asian Region working with both the Hyatt Group and the Mandarin Oriental.As Director of Operations with AvroKO Hospitality Group, Pride has overseen operational concerns for the existing portfolio of five AHG restaurants and bars - Saxon + Parole, Michelin Star, PUBLIC, The Daily, Madam Geneva in New York, The Thomas in Napa. In 2013, The AHG team worked to open Saxon + Parole Moscow, Gotham West Market (a sq ft multi-venue operation in New York City with leading chefs and operators) and Genuine Roadside, as well as consultancy with Anheuser Busch Global, The May Fair Hotel London, and The Ritz-Carlton Berlin.Collaborated with Sawkille Co, Richard Wrightman and Anthropologie to create two Soho Lofts in New York City for event and Hospitality services. As well as collaborating with Nathalie Hudson, James Symond and Chris Cheung in the revitalisation of the historic Caffe Dante in New York\'s Greenwich Village
