Responsible for monitoring sales floor to identify potential shoplifters while conducting routine inspections of facilities to ensure physical security is being handled appropriately.• Assures preventive measures are in place and followed to avoid internal theft and fraudulent activities.• Monitors and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations including OSHA, Hazard Waste, NFPA, DOT, FDA, EPA and Stormwater.• Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitoring associate compliance to policy and procedures; distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
